October 26 – November 16, 6:30-8:00pm
The Break-up Boot Camp virtual workshop re-frames your split as an opportunity to reinvent yourself and re-imagine your life as you gently move through the healing process. It’s for anyone who is hurting and despondent, having trouble moving on, or would like support to recover from a romantic break-up.
WHO are you now that you are not in a romantic relationship anymore?
Take 4 weeks to engage with the healing process and emerge with a vision of your best life.
Here’s how we do it:
Week One: Heart
We start with your broken heart. Truly feeling the pain is the only way through it. Learn how to acknowledge and feel all the feelings with compassion so that you can move on.
Week Two: Body
Get out of your head and into your body. You can do hard things! Feel your strength and power in a dynamic, interactive, self-defense mini-workshop with special guest Lila Reyna.
Week Three: Brain
What do you want your life to look like? What makes YOU happy? Learn what the science says about well-being.
Week Four: Connect
Connection is key to feeling loved and supported. You are NOT alone. The class concludes with a celebration of your new sisters.
In Break-up Boot Camp we’ll use a variety of tools to help you feel strong, inspired, and supported as you move through your healing process and craft a new identity as an independent individual:
- Homework / in-class exercises that inspire you to design and build your new life
- Guided meditations to ground and center and soothe your tender heart
- Sharing with a partner and in small groups to foster support and connection
- Fun extras that ease you gently out of your comfort zone and build confidence!
Sign up for my email list and I’ll let you know when the next workshop is happening. (No spam or selling to another list, I promise.)
